   Esta frase de Kofi Annan,tambem diz tudo:
   “If I were an average Iraqi obviously I would make the same comparison - that they had a dictator who was brutal but they had their streets, they could go out, their kids could go to school and come back home without a mother or father worrying, ‘Am I going to see my child again?”

   Se o derrube do regime tivesse sido feitos pelos locais, só veríamos agora iraquianos com cravos na lapela. Todos os dias seriam lançadas no ar milhares de pombas brancas. Se alguma pessoa morresse, não seria pela violência, mas certamente num êxtase de alegria e admiração pela bondade humana.
